No, what's ridiculous is this thread. It's quite clear in the rules, you know:

Substance. Content is king. Threads lacking content can and will be locked.

Other threads have been locked for the exact same reason countless times in the past, and in the future. You are not exempt from the rules. You were given a chance to amend your thread with more content or to provide a reason in a civil manner, but you did not. Instead you decide to insult a moderator and throw the warning straight back in their face, and that's thrown away the chance of leaving this thread open. 

Respect for the moderation system isn't too much to ask; particularly when you are requested directly. Had you said "Aww come on, it's just a joke!" for example there probably wouldn't be a problem. But now, you have directly ignored a moderation warning. As such the thread will be locked. 

I guess you'll get moderated soon like this:

Post moderated: If the moderation is longer than the post, you know you've done something wrong :p

But yeah, there is a big delay 10 days + I guess.
