Ahem, Ratchet casually walks by blackholes everyday. He throws blackholes as frickin grenades damnit. And Ratchet is completely unaffected by it. Clank, Ratchets backpack/sidekick, is the keeper of time, and can reset the universe (and destroy it at that). Nevertheless, resetting the universe doesn't make SSB win the fight, it only resets the universe. Check and Mate. Shulk might have godlike powers in this dimension, but what is he going to do when Ratchet sends him to another dimension?

Again, Ratchet is to fucking OP for this.

He has the monado. A supercomputer capable of creating or destroying universes. I'm certain he can get out of any other dimension. Also good luck hitting him.

I can't read spoiler text on my phone.

Hilight it and select 'define.'

Is this thread still going? And you all forgot about Ness again, after I reminded you several times how he fought the literal embodiment of evil by thinking at it. Forget your Gods and God-slayers, your fancy machines and your reset buttons. Ness battles concepts with his mind.

Argue where you can, they're not answering that.

@Teequz

"Kratos does change the universe by using the threads of fate though.."

Yeah, you see this? "With the threads of fate." Do you see Kratos carrying the threads of fate around? He doesn't use the threads of fates as a weapon.

"Furthermore, Zeus in the God of War franchise can't be killed via god killing weapons, but by using the power of Pandora, which only Kratos has."

Yet, Zeus dies in GoW 3 to Kratos's bare hands. Furthermore, in GoW2, Zeus was about to be killed by Kratos without Pandora, which Athena interveined.

Also, you do know Pandora's power is literally hope, which is pretty much all the good guys in Nintendo Smash Bros have.

"@Xander doesn't help that Palutena can respawn them (even though I think that might be cheating), because they won't have to be dead, Ratchet could just send them to another dimension."

Doubtful, Sonic can use the chaos emeralds to get everyone back.

"Sonic is fast, but time control, groovitron, and inpenetrable shield can counter that. Also if Ratchet can use his spaceship (he does use it in PSASBR) then he can fly at speeds that would make Sonic green of envy. He can fly across galaxies in a matter of seconds."

Sonic moves at mach 5 to lightspeed. Ratchet isn't going to catch him. Sonic can literally kill him due to the fact that Sonic is way too fast for Ratchet.

Sonic also can control time with the chaos emeralds which he uses to turn super.

If Ratchet can use his space ship, then everyone gets vehicles. That allows Olimar to become a huge threat. He can blow up stars with his ship.

"and Samus is no match for Ratchet. What's fun about this is that I'm using only Ratchet to counter the entire SSB roster."

Doubtful, black holes only do minor damage to Samus, around 60 units of energy.

Furthermore, her omega cannon shoots nukes and she can run at super sonic speeds(mach 1.2-mach5) using the speed booster.

Samus splatters Ratchet before he can think.

Being alone, is my greatest fear.

I'm on an android 4.2.2, help. Also I agree, Ness is OP.

None of the gods PS All Stars has can change the universe.

As seen in the end of the Xenoblade Chronicles, Shulk becomes a god and changes the universe; this is beyond any of the gods of the God of War franchise.

Furthermore, Zeus in the God of War franchise can be killed via god killing weapons which Shulk has the Monado for and the Fire Emblem characters such as Lucina has the Falchion for.

@Xander doesn't help that Palutena can respawn them (even though I think that might be cheating), because they won't have to be dead, Ratchet could just send them to another dimension. Sonic is fast, but time control, groovitron, and inpenetrable shield can counter that. Also if Ratchet can use his spaceship (he does use it in PSASBR) then he can fly at speeds that would make Sonic green of envy. He can fly across galaxies in a matter of seconds.

That's a no limit fallacy. So he can survive Godzilla eating him? Superman puching his face with the Infinite Mass punch? Goku using his Kamehameha on him? NO. Ganonndorf can't survive this either. Enough force will kill both Zues and Ganonndorf.

Then Palutena and the respawn ability is also a no limit fallacy.

@ thedengle, as I've already pointed out Ratchet (which seems to be the only character I need) won't let him use his mind because of the groovitron. Besides, They had to travel back in time to when he was still a baby to kill the embodyment of evil.

I never said she could revive everyone from the dead. Only Pit and Dark Pit.

@Teeqoz
"Then Palutena and the respawn ability is also a no limit fallacy."
I really doubt that. Palutena was shown to revive angels, centurians, and humans(in Light vs Dark).
She can revive anyone that is not a god.

Mind control is different than a machine that makes others dance.
Also, Giegue wasn't a baby at that time. He was still the embodiment of evil.

OH… I just remembered something.
oyster.ignimgs.com/wordpress/write.ign.com/134094/2013/12/Triforce-Hands.png

Yeah… The SSB crew has the Triforce up in here. Canonically stated to be omnipotent and omniscient. Able to grant any wish, and shown to be fully capable of acting on its own accord. WHOSE GODLY NOW?

Also, I’d like to point out that Sonic rather casually manipulates and wields the Chaos Emeralds that have the power to crack planets, travel through time, and traverse dimensions. Sure the GoW gods can die and cause an apocalypse… a blue hedgehog can command reality at a whim. Who is the god here?

The groovitron doesn't stop people from thinking, which is all Ness has to do to crush said weapon down to the size of a dime.

Maybe you'd like to give an example of a time a groovitron was used on a psychic?

Also, text from immediately before the final battle against Giygas: "Giygas is no longer the wielder of Evil. He has become the embodiment of Evil itself... which he cannot control on his own. He is the Evil Power." Later: "Giygas cannot think rationally anymore, and he isn't even aware of what he is doing now. His own mind was destroyed by his incredible power. What an all-mighty idiot!"

Baby or not (he's not), he is still the "all-mighty embodiment of evil."

I wonder what happens when Raiden sees Snake. Will he say "Snake?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Snake?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?? SNAKEEEEEEEEEEE!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?
