Which fails to destroy a universe. As seen in the end of Galaxy 1, their black hole was shown to turn into the "Big Crunch" which destroyed the universe. Universe destroying black hole>Ratchet's black hole.

Yeah, by a black hole that fails to destroy a universe. Rosalina on the other hand can just sip a cup of tea while that happens.

Which would do nothing to Rosalina and Lumas since they were shown to be unaffected by a universe being destroyed and reset.

Actually, it does since at the end of Super Mario Galaxy, it was shown to erase an event from happening. I don't see why Rosalina can just use this to erase PS All-Stars from ever existing.

Shulk can simply use the Monados he gained at the end of the game to come back.

Kratos does change the universe by using the threads of fate though..
Furthermore, Zeus in the God of War franchise can't be killed via god killing weapons, but by using the power of Pandora, which only Kratos has.
@Xander doesn't help that Palutena can respawn them (even though I think that might be cheating), because they won't have to be dead, Ratchet could just send them to another dimension. Sonic is fast, but time control, groovitron, and inpenetrable shield can counter that. Also if Ratchet can use his spaceship (he does use it in PSASBR) then he can fly at speeds that would make Sonic green of envy. He can fly across galaxies in a matter of seconds.
and Samus is no match for Ratchet. What's fun about this is that I'm using only Ratchet to counter the entire SSB roster.

He has the monado. A supercomputer capable of creating or destroying universes. I'm certain he can get out of any other dimension. Also good luck hitting him.
Rosalina can also reset a universe using a blackhole.

I guess that's a stalemate then. Because Ganon can't be killed without the master sword.

That's a no limit fallacy. So he can survive Godzilla eating him? Superman puching his face with the Infinite Mass punch? Goku using his Kamehameha on him? NO. Ganonndorf can't survive this either. Enough force will kill both Zues and Ganonndorf.
