Sadly, it will likely never happen.

It would have little chance on the market and SEGA really isnt the same type of company anymore.

Never, unfortunately.

Sega has more profit being in the software biz only. The Dreamcast was doomed from start and while it was initially sucesseful, Sega already had too much losses in money so they had to quit the hardware market.

I always thought of the Xbox as the next Dreamcast.

Sega Dreamcast is still alive and well with new games being released from the homebrew community. No need for a Dreamcast 2.
