Smash 4, game looks really good, and I can't wait to play the online modes. Plus the roster seems well balanced compared to Melee and Brawl.

And it's the only game that managed to push my friends to get a Wii U...

They have all been of the highest quality so far, quality over quantity anyday. I would prob say either Mario Kart 8 or DKTF, but Hyrule Warriors is fantastic, it completely took me by surprise.
