Just count them, it's only a few minutes. If you want you could say he can't vote again until his response to Ninsect (at which point it said 5 and 1, so if he'd voted then it would have been valid) is 4 hours old, so effectively putting things on track.

I think it was 12 minutes off, but I'm not sure. I thought I was voting 48 minutes late.
