Limit Break, of course being the term featured in Final Fantasy VII, which is also used to describe it's successive series 'super moves' such as Trance from Final Fantasy IX for example.
I for one think that Final Fantasy VIII has the worst ones, (Trigger?) and Final Fantasy X had the best ones (Overdrive?- I don't remember what they were called)
Trane from Final Fantasy IX were pretty boring too, though the worst thing of Trance was when the bar reached Max you had to use it there and then, though, you could use a move a few times, not just once, the term Trance in the game meant "When you overcome with powerful emotions" which I guess in some sense it works seeing as once the battle is completed your character in 'reality' wouldn't be so stressed anymore. (Think Dragon Ball Z Super Saiyan)
What are your favourite 'Limit Breaks'? And from what series?
The most powerful in any Final Fantasy to date is Wakka's "Attack Reels", it's far more powerful then any amount of 'chains' you connect in Final Fantasy XII.
