You obviously don't understand the difference between a physical product and digital code. If you buy a game and give it to your neighbor that is not piracy. If you copy the game and give it to your neighbor it is piracy. Ya see when you give away a physical object you relinquesh control of it as well as the ability to use it. If someone else gives you their code, they arn't relinqueshing control of that code. Unless they sell/give you the actual disk with the only copy of code inside. Otherwise it is piracy because they are copying the code and giving it to you. Do you understand? Creating duplicates to give away for free = piracy Relingueshing control of object and giving away the only copy of something = not piracy. It's not complicated.

yes but if someones buys 50 licenses and gives me one use and they only use 49 its still not piracy

It is still piracy because what you keep ignoring is the fact that they still have that 1 licence. They just gave you a copy of the licence. They can go back and use it again in the future. They gave you a copy of the licence, that is what makes it piracy.

spare means extra yes, but they arn't actually giving you the code..they are giving you a copy of the code..They still have the original in their possession. I'm perfectly aware what extra means what you obviously don't understand is the term COPY and obviously the term PIRACY. Unless they are giving you the only versions of the liscence in their possession ie the disc that has the key with it and they did not make any copies of that liscence and key for later use in the future it is piracy becasuse in order to give it to you they are making a copy of it. So what you want is piracy because you are asking someone to copy their product code and give it to you in an internet forum where tons of other people would have access to it.

Why dont you give her your windows key? Do phone activation and you  can use your key on more than 1 system.  If you cannot see your key since you have a laptop  dowload a programm called "Magcal  Jelly Bean keyfinder"




You can use a 32bit  Key on 64 bit versions and vice versa. You can just not use a Pro key on Home etc.


BTW if her Laptop came with Win8 you can still get her original key since on Win8 laptops its "stored" in the bios.

i buy license keys of dell as i get a discount of them but how it works is i buy 50 and i can get 50 uses of them, but if i uninstsll one i get one more use. for example i have office 2007 pro and i  can use it up to 50 times, it cost 18000 , but the license is  open i have a few spare if anyone is willing to  exchange
