Gematsu had a description of the event which said that a " big special project" to commemorate PS' and Dengeki PS' 20th was going to be announced at that event. I think it was only rational to think "game" when they said special big project especially since this was TGS, but hey I guess an interview with Kazunori Yamauchi is also worth to be called "big" or "special" in the minds of some people...
