Forums - Gaming - Final Fantasy 15 Trailer TGS 2014 Tetsuya Nomura steps down! UPDATE: New showcase demo!

That is...the weirdest looking game ever. The car doesn't seem like it fits in at all, let alone the characters...please change the characters.

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

So, where was the trailer first shown, or did they just released it online ?

It says right in the title and the first line of the op.

They showed it at TGS. There was also a trailer for Type-0 HD (which looks delicious), Agito Plus (it's a port of that smartphone game coming out for the... get this... Vita) and... I guess that was it.

Oh! I'm not well  at the moment, the trailer made me almost drunk.

I just though a trailer like that would be revealed during a big conference like Sony's.

I see, thanks. This whole thing is too much to take in for me

Just kidding.

In all seriousness though, it's Final Fantasy FIFTEEN. Or, in other words, goddamn VERSUS XIII. Playable. PLAYABLE. Type-0 has been available on the PSP for years now, and a fan translation was released months ago. People who desperately wanted to try the game already did. Of course I'm joking, but you know...

By the way, that last line was like Square making fun of themselves. I love it!

Lol, yeah I liked that they put that at the end also. Glad Square decided to show a trailer at least, helps keep the excitement going until it finaly launches.

That looks amazing!!!!!! Sooo much open space! Wait... Tetsuya is stepping down? SHITTTTT

Dont worry Jizz, Hajime Tabata the director of FF Type 0 is now on the lead, so i guess its in good hands.

OT: imagine the BOOST! that this game would give to the PS4 if it was still exclusive to Playstation!, also this looks gorgeous, those graphics, that gameplay, those characters, that car! everything looks great!. regardless of how FF XIII performed this game has all my HYPE.

So, I'm not seeing any of the Xenoblade comparisons extra for the one outdoors region that looks much more like the Calm Plains or The Wildlands than anything else.

Apparently Nomura left on bad terms. SE better give him credit as a director.

Hopefully, he can fully realize his vision with KH3 now.

Anyways, OMG new gamplay!! Best TGS in a LOOONG time.

Hajime also was the director of Crisis Core which was fantastic.
