Not ties with Revelations.

It's called Revelations 2.

I love me some couch co-op, especially resident evils ones (even if they kinda change what resident evils all about).
My one request is that they dont make it so that a large portion of the screen is completely blank like they did on both resi 5 and 6. Waste of TV space and makes things even smaller.

I agree, I thought they couldve used that blank space to display a map on or even the weapons/items options screen.

Well that sucks

So everyone here is happy this has nothing to do with the first game. Seriously why the heck even call it two if it is not really a two. This game better be worth it since I did like the first one.

Makes me happy after years of putting up with no local multi player in favor of online multi player in so many games.

Why can't they do both?

Yeah, having online multiplayer only is kind of crappy, butso is having local only in this day and age.

This.

Worst offenders in no particular order (online co-op only): Dead space 3, Resi Operation Raccoon City, Lost Planet 3.

3DS FC :  4339 - 3326 - 7693. Add me :) Nickname Tin

the local co-op would have been perfect on the wii-u gamepad....

That is a very... unusual decision, but okay.

That is a great question and I completely agree that both is best.
