Yeah I think I read the question wrong, lol. 

It depends on the gen, but if we're talking overall in terms of everything that has spanned this life, then the company not made by my choice would be Sony. Although that may infact change by the end of this gen as PS4 will probably have my favorites. 

So new OP: Either PS1, or PS3. I wasn't the biggest PS2 fan as my console broke and I never had it fixed as a kid. PS1 had Spyro, my favorite mascot, but PS3 had some of the best JRPGs and just a huge mass of exclusives. I'm going to have to go with PS3 as the console had some amazing JRPGs and first party games like Uncharted and GoW 3. 

Yea Ps1 for sure! Sony is by far my secondary console manufacturer apart from Nintendo

It has my favorite MK (I don't let nostalgia effect me) and it'll have the best Smash along with some great platformers.

I have two console makers of choice. Nintendo and Sony.

From the current console makers, I'd say the XBox 360. But that's mostly because I haven't yet used a XBO much since I don't yet own one.

If we include all of gaming's history, that would be the Sega Dreamcast. That console was epically good!

I respect Sega's swansong really really highly, and that swansong is the Dreamcast.

Otherwise, I'd go for the original XBOX or the PS2.

Handheld? PS Vita by a long shot.

With PS1 you still had a lot of platformers not made by Nintendo, like Crash, Spyro, the first 2 Raymans.

PS2 was great too.

PS3. So many great games.

It's truly a shame the Dreamcast died such an early death, it was a wonderful console.
