I don't know if this is of interest here or not, but wanted to spread the word! One of my favorite JRPG series

if you want it to happen tweet and let him know!

Would probably require input from Nintendo as he has said he wants the original team to work on a remaster/remake if it happens.

and knowing Nintendo in order for that to happen it would have to be a Wii U exclusive

i can already see the internets rage

Only played about halfway through the second game, can't say I liked it very much. If I remember correctly then I thought it was just too slow for me. But it's been almost 9 years now so my memory might be a bit hazy.

I would totally repurchase it again.

supported, but i give it very little chance.

Most definitely, the discs are very hard ton find here.

If Monolith makes it, it will be 100% exlcusive and Nintendo will likely foot some of the (small, unless the game is a remake not a remaster) bill. Its not impossible to see happening but Monolith is busy with X, so either it will be after or a side project. It does give Nintendo a way to fatten up their library though, and these are pretty ancient games.

Hmm, I wonder if it will be Nintendo exclusive

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

Yes please.

Hopefully we'd get the whole trilogy in Europe this time... or if not, hopefully they'll be on (one of the current) PlayStation consoles so I can import

If it happens, seems more likely to be Nintendo limited by Monolith. Unless they have someone else to do it, then its fair game.

I never got to play those games, so yeah, I'd be down for an HD collection. I'd prefer it if Monolith Soft worked on it, but that depends on whether or not Bamco would be willing to release it as a Wii U exclusive.
