The max amount of votes here is 1320, but if some franchises destroy the competetion and win by a very large amount then it can take less than that. But yeah, this will take a loooong time.

Because the value of each vote is -2 (3-5) so you divide 80 by 2 which gives you 40 (forty votes per franchise) and you multiply that by the amount of franchises (33) which gives you 1320. However, as I sad, that's the highest number of votes possible, But if let's say, everyone ONLY upvotes Halo, and downvotes everything else, then then it'll take 80 divided by 5 (16) times 33 which gives us 528. So that's the lowest amount possible.
