If I was going to get it I would have gotten it during the GTA sale (still happening I think, in America) when it was 30 dollars
Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

You can have several accounts on your PS4 at the same time.
Just make an US-account and buy the games with that account, you can use them also with your other account on the same device.
