This may come back to haunt me, so I'll be conservative. I believe over the next two weeks, we will probably see an upswing in Wii supply not only to NA, but also to Others, and here is why I believe that:
A. The mistake regaurding US sales this week, as I can gather, happened because an extra day was added to the info. This extra day added more(100k plus) Wii sales then the entireity of last week combined.
- This means that the Wii is outselling the PS3 and 360's 7 day totals on its first day in stock, and perhaps in its first few hours in stock.
-This gives us a preview of next week, where the lowest possiblity is that the Wii sold out in that one day accidently added to this weeks, or that it just sold very well, and was still in stock for the following days.
B. March is here and we've suspected stockpiling for the release of Brawl. The theory behind stockpiling is to sell more Brawl software, because it is assume that people who buy the Wii around Brawl release have a higher chance of buying the console with intent to purchase Brawl, while those who purchase in early January or February have a greater chance of buying the system as a Wii-Sports machine.
C. Thanks to NJ5, we know that for the first time, pretty much ever, the Wii is in stock at Amazon.uk

Barring the "Wii is a fad" theory, this leads us to believe that we're seeing a nice increase in supply for Amazon over the last 2 days. If the American market is any indication, and assuming the Wii didn't sell out, then demand can average up too or over 120,000 units per day in these markets, and that would probably include Amazon.uk.
D. Further down this path, Reggie has made some bold statements indicating increased Wii shipments lately, involving the 360, as we all know. Those statements make this increased supply, in the US at least, a likely probability.
We shall see in the coming weeks if this March rush exists, and if it will continue.I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.
NO NO, NO NO NO.
