Target currently has the Playstation Plus for $39.99.  While not the best deal we have seen, it's the best I can find at this time

Good price. If someone is about to have their membership expire, this would be a great time to upgrade.

If not, there will be some crazy good deals on Black Friday and Cyber Monday as well.

Yep, Black Friday is the best time. You can buy codes on Amazon for 30 dollars.
