ps4 is dead in japan before destiny launch

 

so similar permises.

 

the total units bump will be bigger than wiiu mk8 japan bump

but the percentage bump will never be as big, as the mk8 usa bump

 

 


The Mariokart 8 Wii U increase in the USA was only 300%...

It'll definitely give the PS4 a nice boost that week. Whether it'll maintain it is another story. The standalone white PS4 will come out next month, so that should provide another boost.

Considering its a new color launch, I can definitely see a possibility of it hitting 20K+. I also think the launch of the standalone console will help boost the sales baseline by a couple of Ks. Wondering if the pre-TGS conference helped any, as well.

Its a low shipment guaranteed but how low is up in the air. They aren't going to ship in multiple tens of thousands of units over one title with quationable appeal to an audience which is at times outsold by the PS3.
