Impertinence has been too active, so would likely be drawing attention. I would think WoW would allow for the nuker to be killed at night, otherwise it would be that much harder. That being said, I can't assume that imp is simply fearless of a night kill. Otherwise, a nuker might want to avoid being too active in participation.
