This "100 characters on screen" is it only to show the power of PS4? I can not see that the games get better with a lot of characters, more like there will be more grinding.

Damn, so at minimum I'm looking at 120 hours of gaming just to get caught up. I want this game, but my backlog is just way too big. Maybe in 5 years, when there's a Disgaea collection or something, I'll get into the series.

You know, I'm genuinely curious why the PS4's power has much of anything to do with the number of characters on screen. Especially with the art-style and gameplay used in these games... perhaps I'm missing something? W101 can go into the upwards of 200 characters on screen before it starts to frame-lagg, and those are all detailed characters albeit smaller.

Oh well, excited all the same! I missed this series.
