Comparing PS3/PS4 to the Wii/WiiU would make it fair also. Considering that Sony is still supporting the PS3 this gen. Considering that both the PS3 and Wii came out at the same time. But wait, Nintendo dropped support of the Wii long ago, so it's their problem really.

we see sales numbes on a weekely basis. there is a reason they didnt put 3ds into those percentages. 3ds is the king of japan by a mile. 

Edit: also, these numbers are skewed by PS4's launch sales.
