My thoughts:

I'm concerned about how a ported PSP game is going to look on a PS4.

I've asking for this game for a very long time. But I was asking for a PS Vita version because I think it would be better for Vita.

Square Enix said in a recent interview that they are making this PS4 version to ensure that the Final Fantasy fans have migrated to the new generation before Final Fantasy XV launches. A Vita version may be counterproductive for Square if that's their strategy.

Not adding anything new was kind of a downer but then again SE seems to be using Type-0 as a stop gap, so gamers will have something from them while they wait for FFXV and KH3.
