I think it is possible in vgc wolrd. Since by ioi policy he wouldn't revise ps4 numbers before Sony gives a breakdown and since this 5M is already defined for a region he can allocate it for X1. And all the globally were jokes. USA and Índia will see more sales for Ps4 than X1 despite TheDrill and MS Índia PR, China I believe ps4 will win but could be an upset so I put 5M because that lead will make X1 be ahead of PS4 even if just in approved sales (Ps4 have nill).
