OMG Link's fairy is damn kawaii.

I gotta say, I'm finding it hard to find redeeming qualities in this game. Besides it probably being fun to just mindlessly mash your way through a horde of enemies while cosplaying as Zelda characters, it's actually pretty shitty judging from this stream.

The enemies just stand there and take it, they hardly ever attack anything themselves and the way NPC get 'pushed' aside when you bump into them or they bump into each other also looks pretty stupid.

I guess I'll give it a try myself though when it's out.

The little guys, yeah they only really hit you if you are being comboed. The Officers though are definitely attacking, but playing on normal makes it seem super easy. Musou games get hard when you turn the difficulty up. You can sometimes be killed in 1 combo if your not careful.

The way NPC's are pushed is how its always been. Having them individually be animated like say Assassins Creed is something the Musou budget really cant afford.

If only he knew what he was doing, we wouldnt have to watch Impa run around pointlessly. 

Also Impa looked quite awesome to play as, although being limited to how many combos he has sucks. Standard Musou practice but it dosent help sell the game from what we see in the stream

You just described every warriors game there :)

Warriors games are mindless hack and slash with little to no strategy involved. However those games are mindless fun anyway, and I find them very relaxing.
