Is working yes, quite a bit in fact.

That is my one main criticism with Kojima. I feel his career he hasnt done anything worthwhile other than MGS. Granted MGS is one of my all-time fav franchises, i still wish he would show us what else he can do. Said it earlier id dload this game, but now ill def try it. Dloading it this instant :)

Well maybe
We will probably know soon.
Don't care if its exclusive - Its a franchise heavily connected to the Playstation anyway.
Sony shouldn't spend money on something if it sells itself mainly on their platform.
