You and anyone dare saying Dreamcast must be out of your minds. It died too soon yes, but in those few years, Sega built up such an amazing library that gave it its legendary status. Gamecube or Xbox don't even come close to it.

I disagree, the DC is awesome but I always felt the Xbox and Gamecube outmatched it in the end by the sheer number of games.

Watch this and tell me those consoles could even be allowed to stand in Dreamcast's shadow

Sure, my opinion remains unchanged . But there were some DC games in there I didn't know about so I'll have to check them out sometime.

5thGen: N64, was never hyped for their exclusives. 3rd party support sucked :(
6thGen: XB. The games never clicked for me
7thGen: Wii. It was a great casual console and for the family. Despite the family games and the traditional franchises, nothing standing out.
8thGen: too early. XB1 so far

...Let the Sony Domination continue with the PS4...

5th generation: N64. It had really good games like Majora's Mask and Paper Mario, but 3rd party support was really poor.
6th generation: Xbox. It wasn't that the OG Xbox wasn't good (Jade Empire was amazing on the Xbox), but I found the PS2 and Gamecube's libraries to be better.
7th generation: A tie between the Wii and 360. The Wii never really catered to the core gamers. And while the 360 indeed took a chunk of marketshare away from Sony, it's library was still lacking. The PS3's exclusives were by far more diverse.
8th generation: XB1. I just don't see any reason to justify buying an XB1. Dead Rising 3 and Ryse are coming out on PC. I won't be surprised at all if Quantum Break joins the club. Meanwhile, the PS4 is only warming up. After all, the Playstation systems are known for their endurance, not for their sprints.

5th Gen - Saturn
6th Gen - Gamecube
7th Gen - Wii
8th Gen - WiiU

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

5th - N64.
6th - Xbox (only due to amazing competition)
7th - Wii

Nintendo for each.

I can't definitely talk about Gens 1-4 due to lack of experience/knowledge

Gen 5: Saturn (The PS3 of its era in that it was difficult to develop for, resulting in few games that stood out)
Gen 6: Xbox (It just didn't stand out to me at all, just felt like a PC for the living room)
Gen 7: Wii (A couple of really good games on there, but I think Nintendo dropped the ball hard, especially with AAA third-party support)

Hardware owned:
