Speaking as someone who has beaten Knack twice and never played Super Mario World 3d I can safely say that my rankings are as follows: Super Mario 3d > A very satisfying bowel movement > Knack

Some may ask, why beat Knack twice, why not just have satisfying BMs for free? I say to you, I wanted trophies and had a lot of booze and free time.

I've played both and prefer 3D world. However my 5 year old finished Knack with me and wanted to play it again, he doesn't want to finish 3D world with me. The difference, in Knack I can help him stay alive, in 3D world he keeps dying in the later levels.
He greatly prefers Lego games over either, even Toy story 3 toy box mode over anything Mario.

Sonic Lost World is a better game than Knack.
