Not really no.
No game has that kind of power, well except maybe Kingdom Hearts, Shenmue, A good Sonic, HL3, Portal, Metal Gear...

Didn't even make me buy the game for the PS3.

While I do want to play it for me Halo:MCC > TLOU rematered. Only exclusive I really care about on Sony consoles is Uncharted. So once that comes out and we see a price drop I may bite.

Maybe if you haven't play TLOU yet. Otherwise I would say no.

The PS4 doesn't need the TLOU for that. Look at it's performance without. PS4 is selling the games it's on, not otherwise lol. The system is in such high demand!

You'll by the PS4 because that's what you want. I mean do you feel as though the Xbox is a better value? Both consoles are great, but can definitely improve with the software.

The tipping point to get a PS4 was its price and superior hardware. The Last of Us remastered is made for the people that switched from 360 to PS4 or people that just haven't played the game yet and already have a PS4. I see no reason to buy a PS4 now if your intention was to play the Last of Us. Might as well wait until a new exclusive bundle for the PS4 or wait for a deal during the holidays and buy the Last of Us for the PS3 (Which is now super cheap).
