Please break your replies in more paragraphs.
I don't think you should drop your case against prof but you're falling into the trap of seeing everything little thing he says as bad because you think he's scum. Also, having only one target isn't efficient, you need to look at the global picture, have a few suspects, keep an open mind about changing your views about someone.

Sorry about the big paragraphs. It's a bad habit of mine.
I have investigated others. Sure, I investegated Sparks and RCT based on my theories about prof, but it actually led to something, so can you blame me for strengthening my convictions about prof? And I investigated other as well. I tried a bit with Wright, and came to the same conclusions you did, he's either scum or really frustrated with the game.
I tried with outlaw too. I know you think I'm being too defensive of outlaw, but that's because he was one of the first people I started paying attention to once people criticized my over focus on prof. He was also just really easy to investigate, as I know his posting style, so it gave me a hunch about him. But just in case I was wrong about his posting style, and so I had more than a hunch to go off of, I did a little research. I wish I could ask Cone to vouch for me, since he visits the COMG thread regularly, but he's gone now. I'll ask him day 2 about that. That said, looking at the last 100 posts took all of 5 minutes, if that. Just scroll to a persons name next to their post, click view posts, and you're their. I did that to outlaw, and just counted the posts that started with "x user said". I figured 20 posts wouldn't be convincing, so I went to 100. How long does it take you to count to 100? It took me that much plus page loading times. Not much effort.
And I am looking at the global picture, this is just the best lead I have. I've said before I think there are two factions. Everyone I suspect of being in a faction with prof is pretty active, so unless we have a very, very silent town, I think the other faction is being quiet and mostly just trying to hide. I suspect spurge, Wright, and Khan, because they're quiet and are voting for Cone. Cone is a noob, and I think he's made it clear what he is, and that's why they're targeting him. No one is really pressuring any of them much, especially spurge. Of course, Cone is in no danger of being lynched, so I'm not worried today. We'll see what happens tonight. In the meantime, I myself am focusing on one faction, the more aggressive faction. It just makes sense to me to do so.
