I also noticed that trucks is Oscar and can kill someone who is not on a lynch and padib is the characters younger brother who was trained by churning, who shot a noose with an arrow. Not sure any of this flavor stuff matters though.

Good observation, yeah. Rolf TRIED to save Elincia from a lynch mob, though he chickened out and Shinon took the shot instead.
