Go through everything. As it stands right now we arn't exactly discussing a lynch. It turns Sparks is some sort of theif/swapper/merchant. He took your vest/rock which apparently he now no longer has and then took Smeags 1 shot day kill ability. He has to use that ability today or he will lose it. Not sure if he is town or not at this point, however we are debating who he should shoot. Right now the votes for that are one Cone due to past activity and some revelations that may or may not have been honestly made by WhiteEagle. Look over everything please and give a vote on who you think sparks should shoot. As for now the lynch debate is off the table until later. I think a few candidated might have popped up to be lynched that arn't you. However again that discussion is for later. 

I think so far Cone has 4 votes on him and whiteeagle has only 1 for being shot.

Good summary. I'll be more thorough tomorrow and have a more analyzed response. I did see Sparks say he "swapped" abilities with me the first night, but I haven't gotten any abilities or messages from WoW since then. Did he misspeak or was confused over his ability? Why use the word "swap" instead of "take"?

Well this is ridiculous. It seems pretty obvious to me that I've been set up, by WhiteEagle lying about my action and probably the rest of the mafia trying to push you guys to get rid of me.

I mean come on, his story changes so much throughout the whole damn thing and it's riddled with contradiction and shaky premises.

ok hold on , why shoot Conegamer again?

I myself am no longer suspicious of him since Night 2.

1. I am a tracker.
2. I can fly.
3. I see who what player targets if they actually do target. ( I don't know exactly what targeting is yet.)
4. I can see SOME actions. e.g, I see so and so going back to so from , say, the time. Could be a house, shop or home.

5. I don't know if Nickles is a tracker too or he is lying.
6. Here are the night things again : (with targets now ect.).

Night 1 - Outlawaron - Siting on a roof.(I assume I flied just before landing there.)Spying on Outlaw. Does nothing bad. Lives normal life.(at least for that night.) - He targeted noone.

Night 2 - Conegamer - I fly. I see Cone going back to his house. That's where I watch him all night . Though my character fell a sleep at least once. - he Targeted noone with a ability.

So due to my character falling a sleep, it's not 100% certain that he stayed home. He could have left and returned during my sleep.

Because your story contradicts my story; or at least that's what the Mafia members are saying. 

Whether or not you are one of them, I'm not sure (but I'd have to say yes right now due to the contradicting stories). Either way, if either of us are killed and turn up town, then the other one will be lynched almost certainly.
