I'm gonna need more than that. You implied you had some extra information that made you look into Khan and that made you think he was either townie or a serial killer. I'd like to hear what that information was and why you finally landed on townie for Khan.

Regarding Khan, I haven't seen him using the power I gave him (or, if the logic is the other way around, he circunstancially used it), but the fact that he rather confront an formal accusation toward him with baseless (or maybe not) logic rather than follow his original ideas means he is human.
