They would have been better for sure, but I was always of the opinion that they were really overrated. They snuck out a lot of lucky close wins through the season even with Palmer in.

I think they would have won this game for example, but doubt that they'd be able to handle GB or Seattle in playoff mode.

YES! I picked Carolina to win by 14, and Cardinals started to challenge my almost perfect pick with an easy drive after the botched punt, but the Panthers D is helping me out!
