I have tried the home relay thing but it hasnt worked so far and I dont know why, does anyone have a step to step guide? For the record I have a laptop with Windows XP

Street pass only works in proximity with another 3DS with streetpass enabled. The consoles have to be in sleep mode for this to even work when walking around
