New AoT and MHA were cool. The openings are definitely not as good as the previous ones for either one, but aren't that bad. More excited about MHA tho, since I know what's gonna happen in AoT.

Luckily I was staying away from SnK spoilers for the past years. Should be as fun and twisty as the first season to me.

Nice start for My Hero Academia. BONES is one of the few studios I can trust to handle filler content, and the intro sequence here was great. Pretty sure the fact that we're hearing Gran Torino already is a sign that this season will cover the Hero Killer arc. Definitely excited for that. Looking forward to next episode for sure....get to learn a little bit more about one of the major support characters (and my favorite student in 1-A).
That girl power ED was kinda silly, but I liked it.

The first season of My Hero Academia was slow and lacking in a lot of ways, but the manga going forward got exponentially better. I can't wait to see the Hero Killer make his appearance. It was one one of the most intense moments of character devleopment and combat until the villain assault on the training camp.
Don't look at the second spoiler unless you are reasonably ahead in the manga. If you're up to date though, it's not all that far plot wise from the first spoiler.

No worries, I read the manga weekly, so I'm all caught up. Appreciate the warning though.
The story does get exponentially better, even if I liked the first season a lot. If I had to describe it...I'd say the story follows a Shounen Jump template initally, and started to feel more original when the manga became well established. The Hero Killer arc is probably the point where I'd say it truly feels like something special and original. Bringing a hero fundamentalist into the story does a great job blurring the good vs. evil dynamic the story starts with.
My personal favorite point in the series won't be adapted for a long time, as it was only about a year ago in the manga. Just gonna cross my fingers this season does well enough that it'll reach that point.

Very pleasant surprise indeed. I realized only at the 30 minute mark that it was a double episode and I didn't get bored which usually happens in double length episodes.
I just hope it can keep up and doesn't skimp on action and character interaction between the girls.

Not the biggest anime person. Don't watch a lot. That said I just started Robotech for the fist time. It was free to watch on Amazon Prime and in a shmup mode so thought why not. Enjoying it in spurts.
Frame Arms Girls is alright. Not good by any meaning but watchable.

Finished Youjo Senki. Certainly an anime to behold. Frustrating and sometimes sickening to watch. A perfect OP and ED. This anime will certainly land on my shortlist to recommend to people who haven't watched a lot of anime yet.
9/10

Got to episode 10 on Joker Game, will finish at some point haha. Persona 5 though will take what little free time I have for now. Nice tag to remind me to watch more anime.
