Did you seriously just dismiss the series of suspicious individuals added as filler? I'll never understand some anime fans. No action = Filler. A Break episode (clearly in source material) is considered a filler. Filler is material not in the source you know., just because it didn't get all dark and gory as it did in the first set of episodes (which were just the prologue) doesn't mean tis filler. Again, episodes like this are simply for development. Every show even those action shounen has these. Maybe you prefer an anime that has no flow and just jumps right into the action without any break to show the aftermaths of events passed or how characters may have changed due to these events. Anyway I guess that's all I'll say now, but you are the type of anime fan that I don't get along with well at all. These comments are just too common in the community for my liking.
