So some Code Geass stuff is happening.

2 movies recapping the series and a sequel to the zero requiem arc set a few years after it. Didn't say whether or not it will be an anime or a movie though.

I am so confliced on the new Code Geass news. On my hand its my second favorite Anime so its nice to see those characters and that world again. On the other hand Code Geass ended perfectly so there is no reason to continue and when has a unnecessary sequel ever been good? But I will go into Code Geass Season 3 with an open mind.

You wrote everything that was in my brain, haha.

Bungou Stray Dogs remains pretty interesting. I love the world they've created, the powers, the characters, and the conflict between super powered organizations all with different goals and moral standings. The release schedule for this season has been all over the place, but that itself is kind of exciting. I'm not 100% on the pacing, but this last episode moved right so I think they're back on track from the rush to make sure they conclude the Guild arc by the end of this season.

Overall, this is one of the best of the Fall season, helped by having a more consistently dark tone than the first season, which is good because the first season would shine when powers were flaring and blood was flying. This last battle was well animated and tons of fun to watch, and I don't think there is a character I actually dislike at this point.

Definitely a 9/10.

WTF I only found out about it just now.

I love Code Geass...but like others have said, not sure what to make of this yet. The ending of season 2 didn't exactly leave many unanswered questions, so I'm worried the extension will feel artificial.

If they manage to write new material that is on par with the first two seasons, I certainly welcome it...though I suppose I should wait to see what this project is first.

I never watched the second season because the first one was already pretty stupid. Maybe I'm gonna watch the recap films if the PVs for the new series look good.
