Stopped reading right there.

Explain how thats not true?

Big difference between a 7850 and somethig weaker than a 5670 man

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

And this is just the GPU chart, not accounting the massive difference in RAM and CPU (where even PS360 have a better one than WiiU)

*standing ovation*
Beautiful.... Priceless....

As a Wii U hopeful, the Xbox One is closer to the Wii U, the PS4 is a cut above the Xbox One.  Using example numbers (that aren representative of what the consoles are)...

Wii U - 500

Xbox One - 670

PS4 - 700

This is putting the raw power difference in perspective with simple numbers. In 5 years, the Wii U games will look as gorgeous as a PS4 and One game can look now. But in that same time frame developers may sacrifice native resolution of games to achieve greater graphic fidelity on those other consoles. Meaning everything will again be upscaled to 1080p (everything on Wii U can be upscaled to 1080p aswell). The fact of the matter, PC will always be 10 steps ahead of consoles. When the 9th generation comes out, It would be unheard of for consoles not being able to do 1080p 60fps, but people will want their consoles to do 4k and 2k respectively. Sony and MS will push this and Nintendo will remain the unkown figure in this based on speculation.

You speak the truth as always PullusPardus, agreed 100%.

the PS4 and Xbox 1 are nowhere near the 7xx / 7xxx series those are high end PC GPUs.

I'm talking about AMD hd7xxx cards here to be clear, otherwise that explains why you posted the video, you didn't do any reading. Ps4's gpu is a customized version of the HD7870, with two compute units turned off and a slightly lower clock speed. The result is a gpu that's actually a marginally faster than a HD 7850. The Xbox One is pretty much identical to an HD 7770.

AMD Radeon 7xxx cards are high end PC GPUs, no the PS4 is not a costume made one, otherwise it would cost 800 at least.

Thats not true, the 7750 and 7770 are not high end. The 7850 and 7870 are considered mainstream. The 7950 and 7970 where the high end cards in that line. And the specs do point to a custom 7870 (with the same amount of ACUs as the high end 290x) please do some research.

Just going to point out, this chart isn't even proper comparisons for console GPUs, as well as CPUs and RAM. All of which in hte WIi U seem to smoke the PS3 and Xbox 360 very hard with less power. Efficiency plays a large role here in the Wii U, which is solely the reason why it doesn't sweat the games that murder PS3s and 360s.

Any chart you can show does not take in to account custom frequencies, custom chips, how the console interacts with the hardware in it. All this is based on assessments done in windows, not direct on hardware. I would argue that the Wii U is a bit higher up on that list, as with the other consoles there.

PS4 - 700 (how did you arrive at these numbers)

This is putting the raw power difference in perspective with simple numbers. In 5 years, the Wii U games will look as gorgeous as a PS4 and One game can look now (perhaps at 720p, but in 5 years time 720p will be as bad as 480p ecspecially if 4K TVs and content takes off). I am yet to see graphical fidelity of this quality on any 'master race' hardware, not to mention this is running at 1080p and 60fps. If you tried to do this on a 400 or even a 600$ PC it would probably explode

as a game-developer i can only laugh at people who really believe UC4 is going to look like that.
sorry to disappoint you, but a game with such details in gameplay is next to impossible to produce. this has nothing to do with the power of the console (which it don´t have anyway), but much more with the cost involved to produce such a quality throughout the whole game. sorry to disappoint you all, but UC4 will probalby look like UC3 meets Infamous SS. Not better and not worse.

I'd take the word of an actual top-tier programmer of the game rather than some random guy on forums,no offence

oh man. do you also believe the PR bullshit about the Cloud making the Xbox One 4x as powerful as it is? most likely not.
But you truly believe this crap? *facepalm*.

Naughty Dog is so overrated! Yeah sure their games are great, but people tend to overrate their quality, especially graphic wise. I just started playing the 1st uncharted this weekend (yeah, i have the trilogy at home and never bothered to try it before). Although the game is good, it's nowhere near the expectations I had cuz of you sony fanboys overrating everything ND does. Graphically it's a bit of a letdown to be honest.

User was warned for this post - Viper.

Ror! I don't even know how to answer to that... Just play the other 2, and you will understand (UC1 still looks better than a lot of games released later in the gen, hell even looks better than most of them..)

So you made a thread, even tho you have no idea what you're talking about and know nothing about GPU's and tech period? Are you serious right now?
