You're overplaying this. There is a single "y" there that shouldn't be there. I saw a worse typo in the Digital Foundry article on TLOU just now. It's not a big deal.

Not to say that he isn't a child/idiot/idiot-child, just that you're reaching a bit far with the evidence provided.

EDIT: Oh wait, it needs an "s" also. Perhaps you are right!

Unfortunately that's not good enough imo. Also, I think it's more like 60%. There are obvious mistakes in your writing, and a person who cannot write well is usually equally inept at constructing arguments. 

Posting these kind of things puts your neck on the line, so my advice is to learn to deal with it and accept that your writing is (currently) not good enough.

You're trying to grill me on typos in a wordpress blog post? I could understand if it was my job or something I was paid to do, and not a personal post for discussion, but isn't that really reaching?

The main thing I've learned here is that trying to be constructive is bad.

Well let me be constructive.. nope can't use XBone.. cause in a lot of cultures, skulls, skeletons etc are sacred.. you would be like pissing of the entire world...

- edit - I'm in marketing.. we get paid to prevent idea's like this happening..

You say I cross the line, but could you please point out what was inflammatory about the post?

I'm being serious here, I really don't think I've been crossing any lines. Maybe a lot of the backlash is from a perceived sleight rather than a legitimate or intentional attack.

I just have a couple of questions.

Doesn't the majority of what the Xbox provides, gaming wise, strike a lot of cultures as offensive though? I mean the primary games of the system are shooters, usually graphic and bloody. The logo for their second biggest first party franchise is a skull in a gear.

Isn't marketing done regionally?

I wasn't aware it could be offensive, and you're the professional, so thank you for your insight.
