to be fair I dont think releases should get GOTYs. I can see for instance them winning a specific category. Like lets say they REALLY redid the graphics if it has the best graphics then it should win something like that. But if it is same gameplay and story I dont think it should compete.

Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

The people that spend the last months telling others this is a rip off or not worth it because it's not a substantial enough upgrade etc. I'm sure they hoped the game would be panned by critics for those things, looks like that ain't happening.

When people say it's a rip-off how would they change their opinion because reviewers gave super scores? The bad, biased reviewers nobody should care about anymore? If it's worth for people who double dip is their very own opinion. But I don't remember anyone saying the game itself is bad... The remaster perhaps as a remaster is but therefore we all have opinions.
Nothing surprising. Most will probably just give the same scores again.
