Apparently no one cares about environment shots....

I thought mine were stunning but I guess I should've been taking character shots since that gets feedback

Don't be salty Ben you've been complimented enough!

And Kowan's shots are mostly really  superbly "directed" for a lack of a better word.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Aww that's not true, your environment shots are great. I guess I got a bit excited posting photos that I might have ended up posting too much that your posts might have been overlooked. I'll post in moderation from now on.  And I also post environment shots a well. I just find it more interesting snapping photos of the characters since they really have beautiful models and they sometimes do random expressions in random moments that are just wonderful to take pictures of.

Aww sorry. I guess people might have overlooked them since after those shots of yours I posted like a ton of my own. lol.

playing it again and not impress by the visual increase. Theres an obvious increase in visual however it stlll looks like a ps3 with horrible shadows. the shadows in the game are jaggie as hell. Even playing when there are quite alot jaggies . I was hoping for a visual jump like what we see in tomb raider definitive edition. The jump there is alot bigger as the game on ps4 does look like the ps3 version of the game In TLOU noticed alot of ps3 like textures in the environment , characters hair ad noticed that the in game models are not the cutscene models which ND boasted about. Plus i have experience quite a few frame rate drops and it happens quite often

From my experience, it is beautiful enough for the Ps4. The visual improvements are definitely noticable especially if you look using photo mode zooming into character models and various areas. They're beautiful. Shadows are much better than the ps3 version and switching to 30fps completely smoothens them out, although there are still some very few instances that they remain a bit jagged. Also don't say things like that in a screenshot thread where your claims can easily be proven exaggerated or even false. I barely experienced any frame drops as well. Watching FPS tests around the net also shows that the FPS does not drop very often and usually maintains 60fps throughout. Swithcing to 30fps also provides a locked 30fps experience with 0% drop.
