I don't agree, I expect the Wii U to stay ahead till early 2015.

See that's the thing, he has made so many nonsensical threads in the past that the one eventually time he makes some sense people automatically dismiss it. Most in here still don't agree with him.

Obvs won't happen in a million years because it has to happen this year because it's a 2014 issue.
The bone should close the gap but not take 2nd place in LTD until next year at the earliest.
Both falling below 60k for 19 July week isn't a good look for either console, esp when a certain other console safely above 100k.

The WiiU has just started picking momentum and when SSB will be out it will crush the X1 in its path.

The Wii U has Smash Bros, Hyrule warriors + some smaller titles Xbox One completely crushes Wii U in the games department this holiday. Xbox One has room for more price cuts and deals than the Wii U does. Black friday may be massive for the Xbox One. I expect Xbox One to reach 11-13 million by years end while the Wii U will be around 9-10 million. What do you think? |
1 bolded: The Xboxone is already out in the biggest markets though... I would not expect a massive jump from the unreleased countries.
2 bolded: taste my friend. Sunset Overdrive is the only interesting game from that list IMO, I would take Smash over all those games any day. And so will many people.

I had a long paragraph but I just said fuck it people are going to hate on it. It was basically how games for XB1.. especially multi-plats don't sell XB1 systems and Titanfall boost lasted for a couple of weeks while Mario Kart 8 has already boosted Wii U for 2 months and smash bros will boost it to 10-12 million by the end of the year and how XB1 will sell about 8-9 million by the end of the year and A LOT of other stuff that would piss people off.
XB1 will claim second place at some point in the future...I just don't think it will be this year though.
