yeah, im sure japan is on the edge of their seats waiting for bloodborne and everything, but the wii u is going to have MORE games that appeal to the japanese gamer. a shit ton more. FF15 could very well suck major ass (i really hope it doesnt, that series needs to get back on track), who knows if another resident evil even gets made this generation (if it does, i really hope they go back to their roots), KH3 is a megaton, and many japanese people will buy a ps4 for that, but one game isnt going to save the ps4 over there. its clear where sony's efforts are being placed. 

Not in places where home consoles are selling so badly than 1st place is maintained with 9k/w sales? :p

maybe we should consider why consoles havent been selling well in japan. the wii and the ps2 sold well in japan, did they not? the 360, ps3, and ps4 did not. is it because theyre consoles? or is it because they dont appeal to the japanese gamer?

Hmm seems PS4 sales might be better than I have expected over 250k? If this chart is Wii U/XBone/PS4 of course.

The Wii didn't, no. 1/3 of PS2, half of PS1... Home consoles just keep going down every gen.

Bad numbers for the Vita but that's exactly what I predicted! These numbers are with the supposedly big stock shortages so they could have been higher.

PS3 ?!!! According to your logic then the WII didn't sell well in Japan seeing as how it only outperformed the PS3 by 30% and it sure as hell ain't anywhere near the PS2 ...
