Some Nintendo fans really confuse me...
Particularly those that lambast newly announced first-party titles for not being the remake or sequel they want, all the while demanding new IP's...
Remember the rage when Super Mario 3D World wasn't Super Mario Galaxy 3, or when the E3 round table was for Codename S.T.E.A.M. and not a Majora's Mask remake???

Where do you go to find these Nintendo fans?

Around the Network

This post should probably be taken into consideration as the reason behind this thread and Kupo not being able to post replies to comments in here for a few days. I really dis-like when the term fanboy is used as a negative, being a fan of something should be a great thing really, I'd happily consider myself a fanboy of a number of systems. It's only when the fandom turns to chauvinistic devotion to 1 system as a superior to all else is when things go downhill, which a number of fanboys of various things are not.

tl:dr Being a fan of something = good, wanting something you aren't a fan of to fail = not good.

You hit it right on the head, fanboys are great i love my hobby, people wishing failure to others are just trolls.

Aye, got me some class Forza merch but I don't consider it a bad thing to happily show my love of the game... Like yes... I am a fan of it... and male, does the combination of those two things make being a fan bad suddenly.

Think people just mistake Fan and Fanatic.... on both sides of the arguement.
