My goodness, so the failure rate of PS3's have claimed over 30 million units? Why all the hullabaloo about RROD then?
Yes I'm being facetious to illustrate a point.

ive played it... about 5 times stupid grounded dlc difficulty first time i heard of a paid difficulty
i paid 60 for the tlou then 15 for the story DLC then just paid the 20 for the pass before it expired b/c i wanted the MP trophies so i could 100% the game so thats 95 bucks
i aint gonna pay another $50 for the same game and having to grind that version to 100% which it is a grind to get and to those saying its not the same game yes it is look at the comparisons only diff is rez and AA bump whys hasnt there been and gameplay comparisons? im sure it will look good but there wont be and difference in experience its like the tomb raider port just not worth it if you played the lasts gen version
theres a slight possibility of me getting it right before tlou2 releases if it releases b/c i do like the game hopefully by then it will be under 20 bucks
but its like that for alot of ps exclusives look at uncharted sales and gow as well as mgs4 what are they trying to imply b/c a bunch of ps4 owners havent played it that its gonna see great sales? sales should be good but wont beat the ps3 version

And yet, I'm still going to buy the re-release. Probably on day one. What the fuck is wrong with me? |
That's just like me. I complained so much about the game, quit it less than half way through, but I've decided to give it another chance now on PS4. Maybe I'll be in a different mood this time around.
| d21lewis said: I know that there are people that haven't owned a PS3 and jumped to the PS4 but I just can't figure out why so many PS4 owners would be from the Wii/360 camp. I mean, what percentage? Are PS3 owners/Sony fans not jumping to the PS4 and Wii/360 owners early PS4 adopters? I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this. The 360 fanbase was basically just PS2 fans that didn't like the PS3 but it would seem that a ton of the 80M+ PS3 fans would have pounced on a cosole that didn't have the issues that the PS3 had. |
ps360 have basically identical number of consoles sold. so if you make an assumption that the same number of ps3 as 360 owners have upgraded to either ps4 or xbone then if you run the numbers..
...~22% of ps4's userbase should have moved from 360 to ps4. i think that qualifies as a "huge portion".
Oh, so releasing the game again for 50 bucks is all for the fans. Thanks for being so good to us, Sony...
Yes but they could have waited a few years before releasing it. Its only been a year since it came out.
