Well... Outside of Sunset Overdrive and SSB, it's not like Nintendo and Microsoft offer that much more. Honestly I can't wait to play TLOU and DriveClub personally. If it's about sales, we already know that the Destiny PS4 bundle with all the exclusive content are gonna push a shitload of PS4s over the holiday. Not to mention the fact that PS4 is probably gonna once again have the definitive versions of CoD and BF, which will also push even more consoles on the third party front.

Well TLOU remastered =Halo MCC in the "rehash from past generation topped out the library" category

Driveclub = FH2 for the arcade racer with a sim veneer.

LBP3 + Infamous last light = Sunset Overdrive in the quirky platformer / open world action platformer area.

Seems to me that broadly speaking Sony and MS have about the same amount of exclusive content to offer. The only difference really is MS didn't announce any exclusive AAA games for 2014 that subsequently got pushed to 2015. Content-wise there's nothing in it.

In terms of quality I'd give the slight edge to MS but the fact that multiplats are superior on the PS4 will nullify that. 2015 is when the real showdown begins.

Yes, SO is definitely breaking the shooter mould, but only the xbox shooter mould. PlayStation has been using 2 shooter moulds since PS2.

I find that funny because the X1 has no more games:

-TLoU vs. Halo

-LBP 3 Vs. Sunset

-Driveclub Vs. Forza

So TLoU comes out in the summer instead of clumping 3 big games together in the fall, that is a GOOD thing.  Any arguments over which games are bigger or more important are a waste of breath because they are all opinions.  Just wait for the NPD, or ya know... PLAY SOME GAMES!

I am blown away by your logic. LBP3 doesn't matter cause it's cross gen but Driveclub loses against a cross gen

The lack of Japan centric game is hurting them, they could have The Order, Uncharted 4, Driveclub, Little Big Planet 3 and it still Bloodborn all comming out today and it wouldnt make a dent on Japan.

 

And I like how Ms has a "strong line up" with Masterchief Colection (A HD remaster), Forza Horizon 2 (a racer) and Sunset Overdrive (a fun, plataformer/action family game) while Sony with Last of Us Hd (a HD remaster), Driveclub (a racer) and Little Big PLanet 3 (a fun, plataformer/action family game) doesnt. I will never understan the internet.

Is LBP3 any different on the two consoles? Because the 2 Horizons are pretty damn different.
