Forums - Microsoft - Rest of Europe gets Xbox One Bundles for September

New European Xbox One Bundles Announced

Eight European countries have confirmed these new bundles.

Microsoft announced on its regional Facebook pages that two new Xbox One bundles are available for pre-order in the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Czech Republic, Sweden, Russia, and Switzerland.

First spotted by a Neogaf post, the Xbox One with Kinect bundle includes FIFA 15, Forza 5, and Dance Central Spotlight for €500. The bundle that excludes the Kinect also drops Dance Central Spotlight but costs €400.

The Xbox One launches for the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, and 23 other countries in September, but Microsoft has not confirmed whether or not these bundles will be available in any other territories. The Xbox One originally launched in 13 countries last November.

Certainly think this is nice news to see. Seems MS wants to hit the ground running.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Good... 175,000 for XBOX ONE the week of 6 September.

Nice bundle should see a good bump.

Wont see any difference weekly or any bump. People in these countries that want an Xbox one already have one/can get one.

Or that's the mantra here.

Seriously. I will be interested to see the new baseline once all the countries are all on track.

Ya I never got that logic. If my country didn't have a local Xbox 1 but we had imported ones from another country (that spoke a different native language), I would feel uneasy to buy it. I would wait for a local version to launch.

Well this is good news for my friends here in Norway that play FIFA, and I tell you, there's a LOT of them.

Either way the Xbox One has been available here since a few months after last November, even the big stores has imported them. Microsoft has also said they are completely okay with it. But this will hopefully bring more attention to it.

Yep.

... plus the cost of Xbox Live.

Just had to be said.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

Seems like a good deal, but then it needed to be. Xbox One has a fight on its hands just to be relevant in many of these countries. Even with 26 new territories I would be surprised if the baseline went up a significant amount.

it didnt actually.

Actually it did. Rather than bundle an extra game, the honest thing for MS to do would be dropping the Xbox Live paywall entirely.

why would they do that when the major competition just introduced it.?

To create a truly better value proposition.

This ain't the 7th gen anymore. With PS+ being mandatory for online, your post is now implied and no longer obligatory to say
