Forums - Gaming - TLOU: Remastered on PS4 is "So Good That Recorded Gameplay Won't Do It Justice, Hype is Legit": Dev

I probably wont be buying this when I get a ps4 (Cause its on my ps3 already and I am not a fan of buying a same game twice thats only a year old but this version is slightly better) but if there is one thing I am looking forward too, its the whole 30 fps vs 60 fps videos thats going to happen on youtube after this (and after the update that is)

Most people have already played it and confirmed its greatness. So yes, it can be great ;)

It's not suddenly going to be worse just because it was released a year earlier. I mean now it has actual graaphics and even included DLC.

Oh I know that it's a great game. I just don't see how it could possible be so great that 'Recorded Gameplay Won't Do It Justice'.
Maybe if it was a brand new game, but having already been released there surely isn't that much they could have improved. Well, I suppose we will find out later this month.

I misunderstood you then. Yes, it's probably not that good looking. People said TLOU on PS3 was great looking and it still got me eye cancer.

I wonder what's it this time. If it's not the textures or AA, it's probably bad framerate.

After all your constant talk about eye cancer, one does wonder how come you haven't yet died from it...

Eye cancer is treatable. It's not a nice process but it helps. What doesn't help are bad triggers like shit looking games who will throw back the treatment for months.

If the ps4 version sells 2 million that will be a great result. But more important will be for the game to lift PS4 out of the summer doldrums.

Do yourself (and everyone else) a service and build yourself better life habits by stearing clear of those triggers.

The first big PS4 exclusive in 2014? Since when was infamous not big?

Super hyped for this!

I was waiting for the right moment to get a PS4. I wanted the console to have enough games that interest me. Then they announced a bundle with TLoU for the end of July. My birthday is in July... So yeah, they've sold it to me right there. Getting mine when that bundle comes out as a gift for me from me. :D

Surely, I'm not the only one. =P

I would guess that the differences would seem too small in the "mainstream" players like the shit from IGN, Gamespot etc. and youtube with all the added compression and 30fps cap and that's why they aren't showing it.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!
