So you aren't counting the Master Chief collection? Perhaps I'm mistaken, but isn't all games with the updated visuals and controls an exclusive? I consider Metroid Prime Trilogy an exclusive after all...

Also is there not Ori and the Black Forest? Isn't that an exclusive for 2014? Even if you say "it's an indie!" you still have more than one exclusive.

Saying it has less is fine; but saying "it has one" because it fulfills only certain criteria which you select without specifying is factually incorrect.

Is the show, TLoU, Natural Doctrine, LBP3 exclusives (I don't consider them to be) and many people out there are not counting them either. As for the indie game, that's fine but that's going to open the flood gates for Playstation

But you're making these guidelines and ideas of "what classes as an exclusive" without really specifying it though. I do consider the last two exclusives, not TLoU however as that is a remake. Were it say a Naughty Dog collection, then yeah.  Perhaps that's just me.

I have no issues with you discounting them. This isn't about "opening the floodgates" either. Did I say that Ori was going to be a killer app to beat the PS4? But when you straight up say something that is wrong; regardless of what your opinions are on the system or whether or not the titles qualify under your "criteria", then that's a different matter entirely.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

It's not my criteria. It's the criteria of Vgc that was determined long ago to stop conversations like this from happening. Games that share portable versions weren't able to be called exclusives for Playstation and games that shared PC versions for the xbox.

Infamous First light is a DLC though.

Hmm, thought it proper standalone expansion.. rather than a cheap DLC. Never mind that then.

It is standalone like the vampire one for infamous 2 had been, or blood dragon for far cry 3.  It can be confusing for people though as it is marketed in the same vein as dlc (and typically called standalone dlc), sort of the whole 'if it looks like a duck' scenario.

^ Ah, gotcha. Thanks.

Controller battery life is very important to me. Having like a few hours to play Knack and then have to plug the thing into the PS4 and wait to charge it is a pain. Would rather swap batteries than wait to charge a controller.

Also 2014 to me has the better exclusives for the One. Halo MCC, Sunset Overdrive, and Forza Horizon 2.

Nah, I bought this http://www.amazon.com/DualShock-Controller-Charging-Station-PlayStation-4/dp/B00ENFVJJO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1403973835&sr=8-1&keywords=PS4+charging

And am thinking of getting a second controller, so one will always be charged....

Hmmm, actually this method seems better than needing batteries altogether, lol!
