Ok, it's simple.

28 November is black Friday.

On 21 november coming Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire in N.America and Japan.

But only on 28 November in Europe.

I predict that 3DS will sell much more with Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire of Pokémon X/Y.

Even the game, for me 3Gen remake will sell more of 6 gen, because this game was highly anticipated by VERY Pokémon fans (even i).

So, if we put together optimus Japan sales of 3DS, the open week of Ruby/Sapphire in Europe, and Black Friday, for me 3DS will sell over one million.

Maybe, even 1,500,000.

It might. Smash Bros. for 3DS will also be on many wishlists this christmas Im guessing...

Hmm its possible but a stiff order but who knows, if the 3DS gets a small price drop ie 3DS XL becomes 174.99 then I could see it.

Well the thing is even if the 3DS has little to no games the entirety of the year it will sell well during the holidays. Obviously games like Pokemon will help it but Nintendo handhleds are one of those things that will sell well during holidays.

While it's possible 3DS gets 1 million hardware sales worldwide for Black Friday weekend (and quite likely), it won't be because of Pokemon or a single game. Most people who want OR/AS likely already have a 3DS. Now if 3DS has a price drop, things could get quite interesting indeed.
